What’s the difference between on-demand support and managed services?
On-demand support is reactive — you call us when something breaks and pay by the hour. Managed services is proactive — we monitor your systems continuously, fix issues before they become problems, and you pay a flat monthly rate. Managed services generally costs less in the long run and causes far less downtime.
How many devices are covered under a managed services plan?
Plans are customized based on your environment. We assess your number of users, devices, and servers during the free assessment and quote accordingly. The starting prices shown are for small environments — we’ll give you an exact quote for your specific situation.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts — all plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month by delivering results. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What happens when I have an urgent issue?
Managed services customers get priority response. For critical issues, we aim to respond within 1 hour. You’ll always have a direct number to reach us — no ticketing system maze, no call center. Just us, picking up the phone.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
