Adaptive Technology Group is a Las Vegas technology firm led by Andrew Weinberg. It brings the discipline of enterprise IT to homes, short-term rentals, and small businesses, and senior leadership to the projects and programs that can’t slip.
Andy has spent more than twenty-five years in technology across healthcare IT, enterprise infrastructure, SaaS, endpoint management, and M&A integration. He moved a hospital and 13 clinics between two health systems in a single 12-hour cutover, ran two acquisitions in parallel at Qualifacts, and cut downtime 80% on Asurion logistics systems carrying $1.5 million a day in exposure.
Before that, he spent ten years at Microsoft as a senior Windows engineer, helped build Windows Update, and contributed to MCSE certification exams. He has also led the Vanderbilt Epic rollout alongside a 22,000-endpoint Windows 10 migration, and a disaster recovery and business continuity transformation at Jefferson / Einstein.
